Could you be the full-time Cybersecurity Platform Architect in [Bangalore] we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your IT architecture and cybersecurity expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative and collaborative teammates.

You'll help design, maintain, and lead the development of our Cybersecurity Platform (CSP), a centralized hub of security functions and services for urban mass transit systems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (IT engineers, project stakeholders, and R&D teams), adapt IT services to specific project requirements, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of deriving specifications for IT modules and leading the architecture and design of CSP services, but also support penetration testing campaigns and provide expert guidance to projects.

We’ll look to you for:

  Deriving IT module specifications for CSP services based on customer needs, in collaboration with IT engineers

  
  


• 
  

  Leading application selection, architecture, design, configuration, and integration of IT services within the CSP platform

  
  


• 
  

  Adapting CSP services to meet project-specific constraints, local regulations, and imposed standards

  
  


• 
  

  Documenting requirement specifications, architecture, implementation guides, and standard operating procedures

  
  


• 
  

  Interfacing with users to ensure compliance with IT service needs

  
  


• 
  

  Supporting penetration testing campaigns and reviewing validation procedures

  
  


• 
  

  Providing expert support for configuration, build, and deployment issues

  
  


• 
  

  Contributing to training project stakeholders and supporting tendering activities related to CSP services

  University degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field

  
  


• 
  

  10+ years of experience in IT solution design and deployment

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with IT/OT environments, including Windows, Linux (RedHat), Active Directory, and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, HyperV)

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) and configuration management tools (e.g., GIT)

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with solutions such as Patch Management, Backup and Restore, Syslog, and OpenSearch

  
  


• 
  

  Strong skills in documentation, presentation, and stakeholder communication

  
  


• 
  

  Dynamic, autonomous, and creative, with the ability to work in complex environments

  
  


• 
  

  Desirable: IT certifications
