Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results -driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our innovative team at Cyepro Solution, a forward -thinking technology company at the forefront of digital transformation. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing multi -channel digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition across diverse digital platforms. As a key contributor to our growth strategy, you will leverage data -driven insights and emerging technologies to enhance online visibility, improve conversion rates, and support the company’s mission to deliver cutting -edge digital solutions. This role demands a blend of creativity, analytical rigor, and technical proficiency, offering a unique opportunity to shape the digital presence of a high -impact technology brand in a fast -paced, agile environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising platforms.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to maximize ROI and improve customer acquisition efficiency.
Conduct in -depth market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in digital performance.
Create high -impact, conversion -focused content including blog posts, landing pages, email newsletters, and social media assets tailored to target audiences.
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM platforms.
Collaborate with cross -functional teams—including product, sales, and design—to align marketing initiatives with business goals and customer needs.
Stay current with digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
A/B test campaign elements and continuously refine strategies based on data and user behavior insights.
Support the development and execution of inbound marketing funnels to nurture leads through the customer journey.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint) are a plus.
Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing within a technology or SaaS environment.
Expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and marketing automation tools.
Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity, persuasion, and brand consistency.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and basic HTML/CSS is highly desirable.
Self -motivated, detail -oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast -paced, deadline -driven environment.
Experience with A/B testing frameworks, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and lead scoring models.
