Description:

Main Tasks:

• Own and evolve the enterprise data platform architecture

• Translate business and system requirements into scalable data models and data products

• Define and enforce data architecture standards, governance, and best practices

• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance by design

• Design data integration and pipeline architecture

• Manage data lifecycle architecture and retention principles

• Drive implementation of data strategy and governance frameworks

• Act as the key liaison between business, IT, and data stakeholders

• Enable advanced analytics and AI capabilities on the data platform

Competencies:

• Authority in data architecture and integration design decisions

• Strong analytical, abstraction, and problem -solving skills

• Ability to coordinate and influence diverse stakeholders

• Innovation mindset enabling data products and AI solutions

Education / experience / language:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role of at least 10 years with additional of 3 -5 years of experience as a Data Architect

• Demonstrated experience in designing enterprise -level data architectures and data models

• Hands -on experience with modern data platforms and cloud -based architectures

• Experience designing data integration patterns and working with APIs

• Good understanding of database technologies (e.g., RDBMS, analytical/OLAP, time -series)

• Working knowledge of programming and query languages (e.g., SQL, Python)

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric (e.g., Warehouse, Lakehouse, Data Factory, Semantic Model) and/or Databricks is preferred

• Experience incorporating security and compliance requirements into data architecture

• Certification in data management / architecture frameworks (e.g., DAMA, CDMP, CIMP, DASCA)

• TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification is a plus
