Years of Experience - 6 to 12 Years 

Role Summary

Hybrid BA / Data Investigation / Delivery role on Change the Bank team. Investigates large, complex datasets to find data quality issues and control gaps, translates findings into business cases and recommendations, and drives delivery of the resulting initiatives.

What You'll Do

- Investigate large, unstructured datasets for trends, anomalies, data quality issues

- Document data flows, lineage, business rules, critical data elements

- Root cause analysis on data/reconciliation/process issues

- Define business cases, scope, delivery approach for data initiatives

- Run cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders

- Plan/execute UAT, including data validation and reconciliation

- Manage scope, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communication

- Participate in Agile ceremonies

Must-Have

- Proven complex data/BA/transformation delivery in large orgs (financial services preferred)

- Strong analytical/root-cause skills with messy datasets

- Advanced Excel, strong PowerPoint, process mapping

- Excellent stakeholder management across geographies/seniority

- Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, works independently

- Strong communication — simplifying complex data for non-technical audiences

Nice-to-Have

- SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx

- Data governance/metadata/lineage/CDE frameworks

- Fixed Income, Equity, Commodities product/trade lifecycle knowledge

- Trading/Ops/Finance systems, reconciliations, controls

- Global operating model / third-party vendor experience

- Agile delivery, Design Thinking
