Job Summary: 

We are looking for an experienced Senior Database Developer with 5+ years of experience in SQL Server and Sybase development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SQL programming and XML/XSLT, and experience with the Everest (AllVue/Black Mountain) and BlackRock Aladdin platforms. This role involves developing database solutions, supporting production applications, gathering business requirements, and delivering solutions for asset management systems.

• Develop and maintain database solutions using SQL Server and Sybase.
  
• Write and optimize stored procedures, triggers, functions, and complex SQL queries.
  
• Develop XML/XSLT -based integrations.
  
• Support Everest (AllVue/Black Mountain) and BlackRock Aladdin platforms.
  
• Gather business requirements and prepare functional documentation and workflow diagrams.
  
• Act as the technical SME for trade and investment data workflows.
  
• Translate business requirements into scalable database solutions.
  
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve production issues and deliver enhancements.
  
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
  
• Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to development standards.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong experience in SQL Server and Sybase Development.
  
• Expertise in SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions, and Query Optimization.
  
• Experience with XML/XSLT.
  
• Hands -on experience with Everest (AllVue/Black Mountain) and BlackRock Aladdin.
  
• Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and documentation.
  
• Strong understanding of Finance/Asset Management and trade workflows.
  
• Excellent analytical, problem -solving, and communication skills.
