Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Strategic Partnerships professional to own and grow enterprise technology alliances, with a strong focus on the Databricks ecosystem. The role involves driving partner-led revenue, joint go-to-market initiatives, executive stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage strategic partnerships with Databricks and other technology partners.
  
• Build strong relationships with Partner Managers, Alliance Directors, Sales, and Solution Architects.
  
• Drive partner-led pipeline generation and revenue growth.
  
• Identify and qualify joint sales opportunities.
  
• Execute joint GTM initiatives, webinars, workshops, and executive briefings.
  
• Coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and governance meetings.
  
• Drive competency development, certifications, and partner enablement.
  
• Monitor partner KPIs, scorecards, pipeline, and business performance.
  
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Leadership teams.
