As a Deals - Business Restructuring Services - Experienced Associate, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through complex transactions, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. Within our Deals practice, you will help clients navigate financial distress and optimize recovery outcomes, providing strategic advice and solutions to maximize value in their business deals. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Responsibilities

- Assisting clients in navigating financial distress and optimizing recovery outcomes
- Conducting bankruptcy analysis and managing restructuring processes
- Performing cash flow analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Engaging in stakeholder management to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
- Supporting the development of corporate finance strategies and turnaround plans
- Utilizing financial modeling techniques to analyze and interpret complex data
- Participating in the preparation and review of financial statements and reports
- Collaborating with team members to deliver quality client support and solutions
- Gathering and analyzing information from diverse sources to identify patterns and insights
- Applying professional and technical standards to uphold the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree
- Demonstrating proficiency in bankruptcy restructuring and management
- Utilizing skills in financial modeling and cash flow analysis
