Key Responsibilities

Software Implementation

• Handle end-to-end implementation of Buildesk ERP/CRM solutions for real estate clients.
  
• Understand customer business processes and map them to Buildesk workflows.
  
• Configure modules, user roles, permissions, and system settings based on client requirements.
  
• Coordinate implementation timelines and ensure successful project delivery.
  

Requirement Gathering

• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with customers.
  
• Prepare implementation documents, process flows, and functional requirement documents (FRDs) wherever required.
  
• Identify gaps and recommend best practices aligned with Buildesk functionalities.
  

Customer Onboarding & Training

• Conduct online and onsite product demonstrations.
  
• Train client teams, including Sales, CRM, Accounts, Collections, and Management users.
  
• Ensure successful user adoption through structured onboarding and knowledge transfer.
  

Customer Support

• Provide post-implementation support through calls, emails, remote sessions, and ticketing systems.
  
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions.
  
• Coordinate with the Product and Technical teams for bug resolution and feature enhancements.
  
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-ups.
  

Project Coordination

• Monitor project milestones and implementation progress.
  
• Maintain implementation documentation and status reports.
  
• Ensure timely completion of deliverables while meeting quality standards.
  

Requirements

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
  
• Excellent customer handling and relationship management abilities.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to understand and document business processes.
  
• Experience in software implementation and customer training.
  
• Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  
• Good documentation skills.
  
• Comfortable conducting online product demonstrations and training sessions.
  
• Basic understanding of SQL or databases will be an added advantage.
  

Preferred Experience

Candidates having experience in:

Preferred Background

• Experience in ERP/CRM implementation or customer onboarding.
  
• Exposure to Requirement Gathering, UAT, Data Migration, User Training, and Go-Live Support.
  
• Prior experience in Real Estate ERP/CRM products will be an added advantage.
