Here's what we're looking for:

Your
key responsibilities will be as follows: -

Responsibilities:

 Project Planning and Execution:

 Develop and implement project plans, ensuring that projects
are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Work closely with cross -functional teams to define project
goals, objectives, and deliverables.

Client Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during
project delivery, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any concerns
or issues promptly.

Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to clients
and internal stakeholders.

 Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and
deliver high -quality results.

Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.

 Risk Management:

Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, and
dependencies.

Implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project
delivery.

 Resource Management:

Allocate resources effectively to ensure project success.

Collaborate with resource managers to ensure the
availability of necessary skills within the team.

 Quality Assurance:

Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure
deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.

Conduct regular project reviews and audits to maintain
quality standards.

 Budget Management:

Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that
projects are delivered within financial constraints.

Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to
stakeholders.

Requirements: 

• Proven experience (10+
  years) in project management or delivery management role.
  
• Strong understanding of
  project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  
• Excellent communication
  and interpersonal skills.
  
• Demonstrated ability to
  lead and inspire cross -functional teams.
  
• Strong problem -solving
  and decision -making skills.
  
• Ability to manage
  multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Experience in IT is a
  plus.
