Deputy Manager, Finance Business Partners

The role is responsible for advising and supporting business functions on future-state financial performance through structured finance consulting and analytical support. The role interprets financial results, trends, and performance measures in the context of business operations and strategic priorities. It provides forward-looking financial insights into market conditions, cost structures, competitors, and alternative business scenarios. The position plays a key role in improving the quality, accuracy, and integrity of internal and external financial data to strengthen business decision-making and performance outcomes. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, the role supports financial governance, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

• Partner with business leaders to interpret financial performance and operational results

• Provide forward-looking financial analysis, forecasts, and scenario evaluations

• Support budgeting, cost analysis, and revenue trend assessments

• Ensure accurate period close, reconciliations, and financial reporting

• Review revenue recognition and fixed asset capitalization transactions

• Improve data quality, controls, and consistency across financial systems

• Support audit readiness and respond to internal and external audit queries

• Prepare financial summaries, management reports, and technical memos

• Coordinate with ERP and finance systems teams for reporting accuracy

• Support continuous improvement through automation and digitization initiatives

• Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) B.Com - Required

• Master Degree (MS/MA) M.Com - Preferred

• 8 years or more in 8 - 10 Years
