Deputy Manager / Manager

Job description -

Prepare & Plan Predictive, Preventive & Plan Maintenance of all Machines & Equipment.

Lead Breakdown Analysis and Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions

Maintain and Improve OEE, MTTR , MTBF Targets

Drive TPM, Kaizen, Poka-yoke Projects and reduce Maintenance Failure and AMC cost 

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001/14001/45001, MBK, Internal and Customer Audits.

Responsible for Machine Spare Parts Management and Inventory Control.

Responsible for Manpower Planning & Shift Management. 

Drive risk assessments and implement engineering controls for high-risk tasks.

Coordinate with Internal customers and External Vendors for related activities.

Knowledge and Competencies:

Expertise of Machineries / equipment’s .(CNC,HMC,VTC ,Conventional ,MHE equipment ,Utility equipment. Etc.)

Team development, contractor management, cross-functional coordination with Production, Quality, EHS Team

Problem solving, Analytical ability and Decision Making

Knowledge of ISO 9001, EMS 14001 & OHSAS 18001 Standards

MS Office & knowledge of SAP PM Module (S4 HANA)  

Qualifications :

B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering with 15 to 20 years of experience in Plant Maintenance
