Conduct on-site quality inspections for MEP low side works including HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical, and Low Voltage systems
Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and applicable codes and standards
Inspect materials delivered to site against approved Material Approval Requests (MARs) and technical specifications
Assist planning team in sequencing of works and Hand Over / Take Over processes
Implement Quality Control procedures including ITPs, MIRs, and WIRs on site
Maintain detailed inspection reports, test results, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective action records
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and contractors to resolve quality issues
Participate in client, consultant, and internal quality review meetings
Support preparation of monthly quality reports and improvement recommendations
Assist in training site staff on construction quality control best practices
Requirements
Required Education & Experience
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
5–7 years of experience in construction management and execution of MEP low side works
Experience in hospitality or high-end fit-out projects preferred
Exposure to high side equipment installation, testing, and commissioning
Experience working with contracting firms and project management organizations
Required Skills & Knowledge
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Keen eye for detail in MEP installations prior to closure of shafts and ceilings
Ability to read and interpret contractor shop drawings
Good communication skills
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
