About Engage Digital Partners  

Engage are a full-service sports marketing agency who, since 2012, have helped ambitious governing bodies, sports teams and sponsors become future fit. Operating in the UK, India, Australia and the US, we offer round the clock delivery to sports brands including the International Cricket Council (ICC), Real Madrid, Godolphin, New Zealand Rugby and Formula 1. 

About the Role 

We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Design Lead to drive impactful visual storytelling across digital platforms and campaigns. This role extends beyond execution and requires a strategic creative thinker who can transform ideas into compelling visual narratives for global audiences. 

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in digital design, campaign creatives, and platform-native storytelling, with the ability to conceptualize and execute high-quality visuals across multiple formats. You will play a key role in shaping creative direction, elevating design quality, mentoring team members, and building scalable visual systems that enhance brand and audience engagement.  

You will work across a diverse portfolio of global brands and clients spanning sports, entertainment, lifestyle, technology, and consumer sectors within the wider Brave Bison Group. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Lead projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring strong creative thinking and high-quality execution. 

• Design compelling and original visuals across social media, digital campaigns, branded content, and marketing initiatives. 

• Develop storytelling-led creatives including carousels, explainers, presentations, and narrative-driven formats. 

• Translate briefs, insights, and trends into visually engaging concepts and scalable creative solutions. 

• Adapt ideas into platform-native formats across Instagram, X, YouTube, and digital channels. 

• Contribute to campaigns, launches, and key moments through thoughtful, high-impact design. 

• Create visually compelling pitch decks, presentations, and campaign assets under tight timelines. 

• Seamlessly integrate brands and sponsor messaging into creative outputs. 

• Design content for global audiences, adapting visuals for different markets and digital consumption behaviors. 

• Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems, templates, and repeatable creative formats. 

• Review and elevate team output to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to brand standards. 

• Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior designers and interns. 

• Act as a quality gate for high-visibility campaigns and key deliverables. 

• Own and uphold creative standards across all design output. 

• Contribute to improving creative workflows, formats, and internal processes. 

• Collaborate closely with content, social, marketing, and strategy teams to shape ideas and improve creative outputs. 

• Present creative work to stakeholders and clients, effectively articulating design rationale and incorporating feedback. 

• Support pitches, proposals, and client presentations with compelling visual storytelling. 

• Help shape creative direction across campaigns and projects. 

• Stay updated on evolving design trends, platform behaviors, and emerging technologies, including AI-powered creative tools. 

• Collaborate across Engage Digital Partners, Brave Bison, and SocialChain clients to deliver impactful creative solutions across diverse industries and audiences. 

What You Bring: 

• 8+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or creative design. 

• Significant experience in digital media/digital marketing content production. 

• Strong portfolio demonstrating original thinking, storytelling, campaign execution, and scalable design systems. 

• Proven ability to convert business and campaign objectives into strong visual solutions. 

• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. 

• Working knowledge of Figma, Keynote, and PowerPoint for presentations, collaborative design workflows, and creative storytelling. 

• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, visual hierarchy, and composition. 

• Experience creating high-quality pitch decks and presentation visuals. 

• Understanding platform-specific design formats and content optimization. 

• Ability to work quickly and effectively without compromising quality. 

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders. 

• Self-starter mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail. 


• Curiosity to learn, innovate, and explore emerging tools, including AI in design workflows. 
  

Good to Have: 

• Knowledge or understanding of sports content, culture, and audience behavior would be an added advantage. 

• Experience working on campaigns or content series, not just one-off creatives. 

• Experience with brand partnerships and sponsor integrations. 

• Understanding internet culture, digital trends, and audience engagement patterns. 

• Experience designing for international or diverse audiences. 

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. 

• Proficiency in AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflow efficiency is an added advantage.
