Job Description - Desktop engineer L2 (Demo)

Serve

as the first point of contact for IT support requests via phone, email,

and ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice).

Diagnose

and resolve incidents related toWindows/macOS, Microsoft Office

365, Teams, Outlook, and other business applications.

Troubleshoot

basic hardware issues (Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Scanners, and

Peripherals).

Provide

remote support using tools like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or RDP.

Requirements

Troubleshoot

basic network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi -Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP).

Assist

in patching network ports and cable management at user desks.

Support

video conferencing equipment (Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms) for

meetings.
