Job Description - Development Therapist

Assess developmental milestones (motor, language, social, cognitive)
Design individualized therapy/intervention plans
Provide therapy for children with conditions like:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- ADHD
- Developmental delays
- Learning disabilities
Use play -based and activity -based therapeutic techniques
Train parents and caregivers on home programs
Monitor progress and maintain detailed records
Collaborate with professionals such as SLPs, OTs, psychologists, and educators
Use early intervention strategies for young children

Requirements

Knowledge of child development and developmental disorders

Strong observation and assessment skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Patience, empathy, and creativity

Internship or hands -on experience with children
