Valorem Reply, a Microsoft Global Solution Partner, is also recognized as an Elite Databricks Partner.  Demand for Databricks expertise has created opportunities for individuals with experience with Databricks on Azure to join our Data + AI team.  The successful candidate will lead the creation of high-value analytics solutions leveraging Valorem Reply’s proven implementation methodology and solutions while leading and managing enterprise and mid-market projects. You will be responsible for assisting with solution requirement definition, and ensuring processes are followed by all members of the project team. You will have the opportunity to work with and learn the latest Microsoft Cloud solutions in an exciting work environment. This position will work collaboratively across all Valorem Reply’s sales, service delivery and account management organizations in service to Valorem Reply’s customers.

The ideal candidate will have Microsoft and Open-Source technology experience implementing Big Data with Advanced Analytics solutions including data ingestion, data profiling, data cleaning, data storage, data shaping, machine learning, predictive analytics and data visualization. Additionally, the successful candidate will have demonstrated commitment to working across enterprises (both within Valorem Reply and our customers), be familiar with the market challenges in multiple industry verticals, have experience with emerging technologies in advanced analytics and experience with non-Microsoft technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or related field with a strong foundation in statistics
• 3+ years’ experience in a decision support analytics function
• 3+ years data engineering delivery experience
• 3+ years of advanced analytics development experience
• 3+ years’ experience with Databricks
• Strong collaboration skills, embraces change, works well with ambiguity, shifts easily across roles and groups
• Ability and willingness to take the initiative to facilitate teamwork and serve the client needs first
• Ability to engage directly with the client stakeholder, managers, and end users
• Ability to design and implement Advanced Analytics solutions based on customer needs and knowledge of Microsoft Cloud technologies
• Ability to triage and self-direct, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Ability to collaborate with other members of the Valorem Reply team, including Project Managers, Software Engineers, and Business Analysts
