Dialysis Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain dialysis machines and equipment before, during, and after treatment.
  

• Monitor patients throughout dialysis treatment, checking vital signs and the machine's functionality.
  

• Initiate and terminate dialysis procedures following standard protocols.
  

• Ensure cleanliness and disinfection of machines and the dialysis area.
  

• Assist with patient preparation, including weighing, positioning, and connecting to the dialysis machine.
  

• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report abnormalities to medical staff immediately.
  

• Maintain accurate records of treatment details, patient condition, and equipment use.
  

• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and quality standards.
  

• Provide basic patient education related to dialysis procedures and care.
  

• Coordinate with nurses, nephrologists, and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
  

• Maintain inventory and stock of dialysis supplies and consumables.
