Digital Advertising Associate helps us execute and scale our demand generation efforts.

This is not a strategy-heavy role. We’re looking for someone who can launch, manage, and improve campaigns hands-on across paid and owned channels and is comfortable working across tools.

What you’ll do

• Launch and manage campaigns on platforms like Google Ads (Search) and LinkedIn
• Monitor performance, optimize towards conversions and build basic reports (weekly/monthly)
• Work closely with the team to test new campaigns, audiences, and messaging
• Create and update basic landing pages via CMS tools

What you should be comfortable with

• Paid platforms: Google Search, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• CRM systems: Basic understanding of how a lead moves inside a CRM
• Any no-code CMS system - creating and editing of landing pages

Bonus (not mandatory, but good to have)

• Experience with outbound tools like Smartlead or Outreach
• CMS basics: Ability to edit landing pages (Webflow, WordPress, or similar)
• Familiarity with AI tools and workflows — especially Claude Code to automate repetitive tasks, reporting, or workflows
