A fast-growing digital-first brand in the SaaS and EdTech space, we empower B2B and B2C clients with data-driven storytelling, performance marketing, and high-impact visual content. Our team builds scalable campaigns across social, video, and email — turning creativity into measurable ROI. We’re looking for a hybrid Digital Marketing & Video Editing Assistant to amplify our content engine and drive audience growth through sharp edits, strategic posting, and campaign analytics. Role & Responsibilities

• Plan, edit, and publish short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) optimized for engagement and conversion across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.


• Manage daily social media posting calendars, A/B test creatives, and track performance KPIs (CTR, watch time, engagement rate).


• Design basic graphics and motion elements using Canva or CapCut to support campaign assets and promo videos.


• Collaborate with the marketing lead to align video content with campaign goals — product launches, lead gen, or brand awareness.


• Analyze platform analytics weekly and suggest edit or posting strategy improvements based on audience behavior.


• Support bulk content repurposing — turning long videos into 15-30s snippets, adding captions, subtitles, and CTAs.
