Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
Create and curate engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and website updates.
Support SEO initiatives by conducting keyword research, optimizing on -page elements, and monitoring rankings.
Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media insights.
Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high -quality visual and written assets.
Maintain and update digital marketing calendars and campaign documentation.
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
Provide regular performance reports and recommendations for optimization.
Support lead generation activities through targeted digital outreach and lead nurturing strategies.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (recent graduate).
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
Proficiency in using digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, and Canva.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Basic knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and website optimization.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast -paced environment.
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting, with a willingness to learn from metrics.
Passion for digital trends and a proactive mindset toward continuous learning.
Willingness to adapt to feedback and contribute to team success.
Based on the candidate's interview, the CTC would range between 3 LPA - 3.5 LPA
