MAJOR DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Functional
1. Develop marketing strategies that align with the business goals ⢠Manage and execute campaigns
2. across various digital channels, including email, sms/wats app, social media, search engines, and app-based marketing.
3. Use target audience segmentation, messaging, and content creation to achieve desired marketing goals.
4. Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
5. Identify and create new ideas and opportunities to improve campaign performance search as AMP.
6. Be well versed with GA and guide the implementation and take charge of regular reporting and analytics. Use insights to improve marketing plans and performance.
7. Ability to work in a hectic environment to manage daily outcomes.
8. Drive, passionate with hunger to learn and do more
9. Team spirit but ability to challenge status quo and create mutual accountability.
10. Creative agencies, graphic designers, media partners, martech solution providers, analytics team, product managers and business managers
Related Experience:
5+ years of experience in digital marketing or related field, BFSI experience is an added advantage.
Understanding of martech stacks like Netcore, campaign mechanisms like AMP, Meta and SEM/SEM
Additional Skills (If Any):
· Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
· Proficient in marketing automation tools
· Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Strong project management skills
