Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation through data-driven advertising campaigns across Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and Instagram. The role involves developing and optimising high-performing ad strategies to support scalable product growth in our data-driven ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Instagram Ads.
  
• Create and optimize compelling ad campaigns to maximize lead generation, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to define campaign goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and budgets.
  
• Perform A/B testing and continuously monitor campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and implement optimizations.
  
• Utilize advanced targeting options, audience segmentation, and remarketing techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  
• Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new advertising features or tools, and provide implementation recommendations.
  
• Track, analyse, and report on key campaign metrics and KPIs to stakeholders, delivering actionable insights.
  
• Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to develop engaging ad creatives and high-converting landing pages.
  
• Stay informed about changes in digital advertising policies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience of 3–5 years in creating and managing successful lead generation campaigns using Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Instagram Ads.
  
• In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, tools, and best practices.
  
• Solid understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and campaign optimization techniques.
  
• Proficiency in ad copywriting with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive messages.
  
• Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking campaign performance, analyzing data, and generating actionable insights.
  
• Experience in conducting A/B tests and using test results to optimize campaign performance.
  
• Familiarity with conversion tracking tools and marketing analytics platforms.
  
• Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, strategies, and best practices.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
