About the Role:
As a Digital Marketing Trainer at Delhi, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high -quality digital marketing education and enhancing the learning experience for students. This role involves conducting engaging training sessions, updating course curriculum in line with industry trends, and supporting students throughout their learning journey. You will ensure the highest standards of content delivery while contributing to the continuous improvement of IIDE’s digital marketing programs.
What You’ll Do:
â Course Delivery & Content Creation:
â Deliver course material as per the established curriculum.
â Update and create course content aligned with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
â Customize content delivery to suit individual and group learning needs.
â Engagement & Improvement:
â Continuously refine teaching methods based on classroom feedback and experiences.
â Stay updated with developments in Social Media Marketing, SEO, AdWords, Email Marketing, Mobile Marketing, ORM, and Website Development.
â Student Monitoring & Assessment:
â Track student progress and provide actionable suggestions to bridge learning gaps.
â Develop and evaluate assessments such as MCQs, pre -tests, and post -tests.
â Maintain accurate records of sessions conducted and learning resources created.
â Classroom Management & Support:
â Ensure a conducive learning environment, including IT setup and assessment management.
â Proactively address issues that may impact the student learning experience.
â Additional Duties:
â Contribute to the overall improvement of course quality and student satisfaction.
â Support academic initiatives and collaborate with internal teams.
â Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by management, aligned with the scope of the role.
Requirements
Who You Are:
â Must -Have:
â 4+ years of practical experience in digital marketing, preferably in an educational setting.
â Exceptional communication skills with confidence in conducting training sessions.
â Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
â Strong organizational skills with a commitment to punctuality.
â Patience and empathy to address diverse learning needs.
â Passion for teaching and digital marketing.
â Should Have:
â Experience in customizing course content for varied audiences.
â Ability to develop and evaluate educational tools like assessments and MCQs.
â Strong knowledge across digital marketing domains such as Social Media Marketing, SEO, and AdWords.
â Effective classroom management skills.
â Nice to Have:
