Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Digital Sales Executive to join our fast -paced Consumer -focused team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early -career professional eager to launch a career in digital sales within the direct -to -consumer (D2C) space. As a Digital Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, nurturing leads, and supporting business development initiatives through digital channels. You will be at the forefront of our digital marketing and sales strategy, leveraging tools and platforms to engage potential customers, generate high -quality leads, and convert them into loyal consumers. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands -on experience in D2C sales, pre -sales support, and digital advertising, while contributing to the growth of a rapidly expanding consumer brand.

Responsibilities

  • Execute digital sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in the D2C space.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage potential customers through digital platforms including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and messaging tools to generate and follow up on sales leads.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support lead generation campaigns and optimize conversion funnels.
  • Assist in pre -sales activities such as product demonstrations, answering customer inquiries, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, lead response time, customer engagement) to refine sales tactics.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and ensure timely updates on lead status and customer interactions.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform sales approaches.
  • Support the execution of targeted advertisement campaigns across digital channels to boost visibility and sales.


Requirements

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
  • 0–1 year of experience in digital sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of D2C (Direct -to -Consumer) models and digital consumer behavior.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing platforms).
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead management processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer contact skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects through digital channels.
  • Self -motivated, detail -oriented, and capable of working in a fast -paced, goal -driven environment.
  • Familiarity with sales funnels, conversion optimization, and digital advertising best practices.
  • Comfortable with remote collaboration and digital -first workflows.
