Job Summary / Role Outline

The role involves building AUMs through servicing and managing Direct clients, who happen to have an existing folio by reaching out to them on the phone to increase the depth of the relationship.

Roles & Responsibilities Core Responsibilities:

• Enhancing client wallet share to build AUM

ʉۢ Increasing the depth of the relationship

ʉۢ Provide client servicing by sharing relevant reports like CG statements, Profit statements

• Prevent client attrition

• Acquiring new clients through references, email campaign, SMS campaign and other activities

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Reaching out to Around 100 clients per day.

ʉۢ Understand and analyze the existing folios so as to recommend either a top up or diversification into a different asset class based on the client risk profile.

ʉۢ Ensure adherence to regulatory framework Key Deliverables

ʉۢ Building AUMs through the right product mix and controlling net sales

ʉۢ Building relationship with Key Clients without meeting them in person

• Preventing client attrition

Requirements

Qualification

Education - Graduation in relevant stream (MBA/BBA candidates preferred)

Experience - 2 years (Preferably into BFSI)

 Mandatory Certification : AMFI Distributor module/NISM certified
