Job Descriptions

1. Manage direct tax provisions, return filings, tax audits, and assessments for group entities.

  Ensure timely and accurate reporting in line with statutory requirements.
  
  

1. Oversee end-to-end TDS processes including deduction, deposit, and filing of returns.

1. Attend personal hearings and represent the company in direct tax matters.

  Draft responses to notices and communicate effectively with tax authorities.
  
  

1. Handle direct tax litigation matters at various levels.

• 
  
  Coordinate with legal advisors and consultants for case preparation and strategy.
  
  

1. Transfer Pricing & Documentation:

• 
  
  Manage TP filings and maintain comprehensive documentation as per statutory norms.
