Retail Distribution - Mobile & Consumer Goods

Value-Added Tech Distribution - Audio & Video, Fire, Security, Automation, Network & Power Solutions and Fundamental Resource Management & AI

Global Commerce - Launchpad for global and Indian brands on e-commerce platforms

Role: Director - Fire & Security, (Value-Added Tech Distribution)

• Lead business development initiatives specifically for fire and security solutions within the ELV segment.

• Build and execute strategies to drive growth across the product portfolio, including Tyco Security, Bosch CCTV & PA, Hochiki Fire, Ravel Fire, FFE, Detector Testers, Suprema, Eocortex, and Aperio.

• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to enhance revenue generation.

• Motivate, guide, and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives and expand market share.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in the ELV segment, specifically in fire and security systems.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
