This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).
Responsibilities
Global Team Oversight: Manage Armanino’s Financial Services resources in India, primarily located in Hyderabad and Ahmedabad.
Responsibilities include coordinating staffing across engagements, managing workloads, training, development, and overall team performance.
Client Engagement Management: Occasionally oversee day-to-day operations for enterprise clients, including understanding accounting processes, serving as a point of reference for global clients, and providing status updates on engagements.
Project Leadership: Lead onboarding for new clients, oversee data migration from other providers, and delegate tasks effectively across team members.
Fund Administration Expertise: Demonstrate strong proficiency in fund operations, including reporting, accounts payable, investor relations, waterfalls, fund economics, and performance metrics. Possess a thorough understanding of open- and closed-ended fund structures (blockers, splitters, REITs) and real estate entities at both property and ownership levels.
GAAP Reporting: Maintain strong proficiency in GAAP standards and reporting requirements.
Risk Management: Collaborate with leadership to design, implement, and monitor internal controls that mitigate operational risk.
Operational Excellence: Develop and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy across the department.
Leadership & Mentorship: Inspire and mentor team members, fostering a culture of accountability and precision.
Innovation & Automation: Partner with leadership to drive automation initiatives, including leveraging AI, with the goal of improving client experience and reducing manual errors.
