We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Director of Sales to lead our sales team in ibis Jaipur City Centre, India. In this pivotal role, you will drive revenue growth, develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, and build a high-performing team that consistently exceeds targets. As Director of Sales, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer-focused service. • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth across all market segments, including corporate, group, and leisure business.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining a keen focus on market trends and competitive landscape.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners to ensure repeat business, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
• Analyze market data and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize market positioning.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Set clear performance expectations and goals for team members, providing regular feedback and coaching to support their professional growth and career development.
• Conduct performance reviews and implement recognition programs to motivate and retain top talent.
• Create an inclusive and empowering work environment where team members feel supported and valued.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts, ensuring their needs are understood, expectations are exceeded, and relationships are strengthened.
• Negotiate and manage contracts strategically, ensuring favorable terms for the organization while meeting client requirements and maintaining transparency.
• Monitor account performance and profitability, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.
• Implement customer-focused solutions that drive satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
• Analyze financial data, sales metrics, and key performance indicators to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Forecast sales pipelines and revenue projections with accuracy and detail.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing, collection processes, and financial reporting for all accounts.
• Work collaboratively with marketing, operations, and revenue management teams to develop integrated campaigns and promotional strategies tailored to target markets.
• Coordinate with operational departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Partner with senior leadership to align sales initiatives with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to drive organizational efficiency and success.
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by management to support the effective operation of the department and the broader goals of the organization.

• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable hospitality school.
• Minimum 5 years of Sales management experience or at least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity with proven records.
• High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of global markets and business acumen.
• Excellent reading, writing and verbal proficiency in English language.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
• Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations.
