? Role Overview

The Director is the apex academic and administrative leader of the group’s CBSE schools. The role requires strong leadership in translating management vision into institutional excellence, ensuring academic rigor, holistic student development, and operational efficiency. The Director will directly lead and take structured reporting from multiple Principals.

 Key Responsibilities

• Lead Principals of Group of schools (CBSE) with structured reviews and performance appraisals.
  

• Oversee academic calendars, curriculum plans, and board exam preparation.
  

• Ensure compliance with CBSE affiliation norms and inspection readiness.
  

• Drive faculty recruitment, development, and retention across schools.
  

• Champion student well -being, co -curricular excellence, and parent engagement.
  

• Present monthly dashboards and annual reports to Management.
  

• Maintain fiscal discipline, infrastructure safety, and digital innovation adoption.
  

 Qualifications & Experience

• Mandatory: Experience in taking reporting from multiple Principals.
  

• Preferred: Candidates with 12+ years as CBSE School Principal.
  

• Proven track record of handling a school with 3,500+ students and 160+ teaching staff.
  

• B.Ed. mandatory; M.Ed./MA Education/MBA (Education Management)/Ph.D. preferred.
  

• Strong knowledge of CBSE norms, compliance, and accreditation.
  

 Salary : Up to ₹1,75,000 per month (as per cadre and experience).
