District Coordinator, West Bengal

District Coordinator | Location :  Cooch Behar/Jalpaiguri/South 24 Parganas/North 24 Parganas

About the Role

As a District Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing operations in the assigned district. This role includes, but is not limited to, learning about Rocket Learning’s product and program, understanding early childhood education, working closely with district -level government officials to implement initiatives, training Anganwadi workers, collecting data, and more.

Candidate Qualifications:

• At least 1 -2 year of experience in a related field. Previous experience in providing/administering training is preferred.
  

• Proficiency in Bengal (reading, speaking, and formal writing) and English/Hindi (speaking and writing)
  

• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Forms.
  

• Effective communication skills with government stakeholders and internal teams.
  

• Willingness to travel within the district for a minimum of 50% of the total working time.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical and digital training sessions for Anganwadi workers on early childhood education.
  

• Build trust with block and district -level stakeholders.
  

• Create monthly progress reports and present them to district stakeholders.
  

• Support the launch of Rocket Learning initiatives in the district.
  

• Assist with data collection and data entry as needed.
  

• Undertake other responsibilities as requested by Program Managers.
