Donor Events & Employee Engagement Asst. Manager

Key Responsibilities

? Donor Engagement &
Retention

• Design
  and execute strategies to improve donor retention and repeat giving
  
• Build
  structured donor journeys (pre, during, and post engagement)
  
• Strengthen
  relationships with existing donors through personalized communication
  and engagement touchpoints
  
• Track
  and analyze donor behavior (new vs repeat, donation patterns, ADS
  trends)
  

? Event Planning &
Execution

• Conceptualize
  and manage fundraising events, donor engagement events, and campaign
  activations
  
• Lead
  execution of flagship campaigns across locations
  
• Coordinate
  with internal teams and external partners for seamless event delivery
  
• Ensure
  events are aligned with fundraising goals and donor experience
  

? Employee Engagement
& Corporate Participation

• Drive employee engagement programs within corporates to boost
  participation and giving
  
• Develop
  and manage payroll giving, volunteering, and engagement campaigns
  
• Collaborate
  with CSR and HR teams to integrate employee -driven fundraising
  initiatives
  
• Create
  customized engagement plans for corporate partners
  

? Data, Insights &
Reporting

• Analyze
  campaign performance across INR & USD donors
  
• Track
  key metrics:
  
• Total
  revenue
  
• Average
  donation size (ADS)
  
• Donor
  acquisition vs retention
  
• Generate insight -driven reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
  
• Use
  data to recommend strategy improvements for future campaign
  

? Campaign Support &
Growth

• Work
  closely with fundraising and marketing teams to amplify campaign reach
  
• Support
  in creating impact -led storytelling for donors
  
• Identify
  opportunities to increase donation value and engagement levels

Preferred Experience

• 1 -4
  years of experience in NGO / CSR / fundraising / events / employee
  engagement
  
• Exposure
  to campaign -based fundraising is a strong advantage
  
• Experience
  working with corporates and donor communities
