We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Duty Manager to join our team in Khopoli, , India. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading our front office team.

• Manage daily front office operations, including reception, concierge, and guest services
• Ensure high standards of customer service and address guest inquiries and complaints promptly
• Coordinate with various departments to maintain seamless hotel operations
• Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Manage room inventory and maximize occupancy rates
• Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations
• Handle VIP guests and authorize special courtesies when appropriate
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures
• Monitor and balance daily financial transactions and reports
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in all front office areas
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas
• Resolve conflicts and make decisions in high-pressure situations
• Promote upselling opportunities to enhance revenue
