Job Location: Hyderabad | Reporting to CMO | Cosmetics/Lifestyle products
Job Overview:
To own and scale our products across all marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.) and quick -commerce channels (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy, Instamart) to ₹100 Cr + annual revenue while maintaining profitable unit economics and strong brand equity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. P&L Ownership
â End -to -end responsibility for marketplace and quick -commerce business units — revenue, ad spends, margins, operations, and customer experience.
â Own pricing, discounts, promotions, and advertising budget allocation per channel.
2. Growth & Performance
â Drive traffic, conversion, and repeat purchases using data -driven optimization.
â Build category visibility via keyword domination, A+ content, and algorithmic ranking tactics.
â Lead negotiations and JBP (Joint Business Plan) discussions with Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.
3. Merchandising & Content Excellence
â Oversee listings, catalog hygiene, SEO, and visual storytelling aligned to brand identity.
â Champion review/rating programs and brand reputation management.
4. Operations & Supply Chain
â Collaborate with central SCM to ensure 95 %+ in -stock rate and 24–48 h SLAs.
â Optimize warehouse placement, demand forecasting, and return logistics.
5. People & Process
â Build and mentor a high -caliber team of marketplace managers, analysts, and designers.
â Implement dashboards for daily metrics: sales, spends, contribution, buy -box share, etc.
â Create SOPs for launches, replenishment, ad optimization, and reporting cadence.
Requirements
Must -Have Experience:
â 7–12 years in marketplace P&L leadership within a digital -first FMCG, beauty, or D2C brand.
â Proven record of scaling ⥠₹100 Cr annual GMV across e -commerce marketplaces.
â Deep functional knowledge of
â Amazon SPN, FBA, Brand Analytics, Ad Console
â Flipkart Ads, Assured/Smart fulfillment
â Quick commerce launch & SKU optimization
â Pricing & margin analytics tools (Unicommerce, Assiduus, etc.)
â Strong understanding of product positioning, pricing ladders, and lifecycle management.
Nice -to -Have
â Experience launching brands across global marketplaces (US / UAE).
â Familiarity with omnichannel retail, 1P vs 3P models, and D2C integration.
