Job Description - E -Commerce Executive

E -commerce Executive driving online sales growth and manages daily digital operations across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, or proprietary websites. They oversee product listings, manage inventory, execute digital marketing campaigns, and analyze consumer data to optimize the user experience and maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Platform & Inventory Management: Oversee daily operations on e -commerce sites. Update product catalogs, optimize search terms, and ensure accurate stock levels.
Sales & Promotions: Execute online promotions, analyze sales trends, and benchmark your brand against competitors to hit revenue targets.
Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure on -time delivery, manage returns, and resolve order discrepancies.

Data Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like traffic, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Generate performance reports using data analytics.

Customer Experience: Ensure the site is user -friendly, product descriptions are accurate, and customer queries are handled promptly to boost satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E -commerce, or a related field.
Technical Proficiencies: Familiarity with e -commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and backend panels (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub).
Digital Marketing: Strong grasp of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media management.
Data Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
