EA to CBO || Apparel Brand

Position: Executive Assistant to Chief Business Officer (CBO)
Location: Chennai
Experience: 5+ Years of relevant experience.
Reporting To: Chief Business Officer (CBO)

Key Responsibilities
● Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoM) for review meetings and share them to relevant
stakeholders with clear action points and timelines.
● Track and follow up on action items arising from meetings to ensure timely closure
before the next review meeting.
● Review monthly sales reports from Operations and Sales head and give report on
analysis and share the reasons for the gap to CBO after discussing with HODs
● Collect the required information for CBO from various HODs for decision making.
● Follow up with HODS on pending information/reports as needed by CBO.
● Follow up with HODs during the last week of each month to collect and finalize the
PJP for the upcoming month.
● Maintain confidentiality of business information and management discussions.
● Handle ad-hoc assignments and other business coordination activities as assigned
by the CBO.
● Manage the CBO’s calendar, including scheduling, rescheduling, and prioritizing
meetings, reviews, and business discussions.
● Preparing DASH Board for CBO on powerbI

● Strong analytical skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication.
● Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
● Good documentation and reporting skills.
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
● Good organizational and time-management skills
● Ability to work with multiple HOD and manage priorities.

Qualification
● Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
● 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
