E-commerce Manager ll Noida

• Lead and manage the Salesforce team to implement and maintain a robust e-commerce platform for the Japanese market.
• Design and develop scalable Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions tailored to the client’s business needs.
• Coordinate closely with the client to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications, including ERP, CRM, and payment gateways, ensuring smooth workflows.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting best practices in development and integration.
• Monitor e-commerce platform performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for optimization.
• Ensure compliance with data security standards and platform regulations relevant to the Japanese market.
• Stay updated with Salesforce developments and innovations to keep the e-commerce platform cutting-edge.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud development and technical project leadership.
• Proficiency in Japanese and English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Git.
• Familiarity with Japanese e-commerce trends, consumer behavior, and compliance requirements.

• Certification in Salesforce Commerce Cloud or other relevant Salesforce tools.
• Experience in multi-regional e-commerce operations.
