We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Store Manager – Amazon to take ownership of Amazon marketplace operations, growth, and performance. This role will be responsible for establishing and scaling the brand’s presence on Amazon while driving improvements across listings, organic visibility, advertising, conversion, customer experience, and profitability.

The ideal candidate understands that successful Amazon management requires a combination of marketplace strategy, data-driven decision-making, operational execution, and continuous optimization. You will work closely with marketing, creative, inventory, operations, and technology teams to launch products, improve discoverability, resolve marketplace issues, and maximize overall revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon Seller Central accounts.
• Create, optimize, and maintain high-performing product listings.
• Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, A+ Content, and Brand Store pages.
• Monitor sales, revenue, profitability, Buy Box performance, and overall account health.
• Improve organic visibility through keyword research, Amazon SEO, and ranking optimization.
• Coordinate new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Work with advertising teams to improve Amazon PPC performance and campaign efficiency.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with operations teams to minimize stockouts and availability issues.
• Analyze competitors, marketplace trends, customer behavior, and category performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, customer experience, and average order value.
• Resolve catalog errors, listing suppressions, product-content issues, and other marketplace challenges.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies, guidelines, and marketplace requirements.
• Prepare regular marketplace performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Continuously evaluate Amazon tools, features, and emerging marketplace trends to improve performance.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
• Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, marketplace algorithms, keyword research, and ranking factors.
• Proven experience optimizing product listings, A+ Content, Brand Stores, and product detail pages.
• Working knowledge of Amazon PPC, advertising metrics, and campaign performance.
• Experience using Amazon Brand Analytics, Seller Central reports, and marketplace data to drive decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Good understanding of inventory management, fulfillment processes, and marketplace operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple products, campaigns, and priorities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience managing consumer brands or growing products on Amazon is highly preferred.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a strong focus on revenue growth, profitability, and continuous optimization.
