We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Store Manager to manage and optimize one or more Shopify stores across global consumer brands. This role combines ecommerce operations, merchandising, marketing, creative coordination, and technology to ensure online stores deliver a seamless customer experience and consistently achieve strong commercial performance.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of day-to-day Shopify operations while continuously looking for ways to improve product visibility, customer engagement, conversion rates, and revenue. You will be responsible for executing product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, website updates, and merchandising initiatives while ensuring every element of the online shopping experience is accurate, engaging, and optimized.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations and merchandising activities of multiple Shopify stores.
• Execute product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotional activities, and product page updates.
• Build and optimize collections, navigation structures, landing pages, and product categorization.
• Ensure product information, pricing, promotions, imagery, and content remain accurate and up to date.
• Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with merchandising and operations teams to maintain product availability.
• Analyze website performance, conversion rates, customer behavior, and other ecommerce metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve website usability, product discovery, customer experience, and revenue.
• Coordinate website updates and new initiatives with developers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct quality assurance checks before product launches, campaigns, and significant website updates.
• Monitor website functionality and quickly identify and resolve merchandising or operational issues.
• Leverage Shopify apps, integrations, and automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain merchandising calendars, launch schedules, campaign trackers, and operational checklists.
• Support continuous website optimization through testing, data analysis, and customer insights.
• Stay updated on ecommerce best practices, Shopify features, consumer trends, and emerging digital commerce technologies.

What's Makes You a Great Fit

• 3+ years of experience in ecommerce, Shopify store management, digital merchandising, or online retail operations.
• Strong hands-on experience managing and optimizing Shopify stores.
• Good understanding of product merchandising, collections, navigation, product pages, promotions, and ecommerce customer journeys.
• Experience coordinating product launches, campaigns, seasonal promotions, and website updates.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret website performance, conversion, sales, and customer behavior data.
• Good understanding of ecommerce conversion optimization and user experience principles.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, quality, and timely execution.
• Ability to work effectively with developers, designers, marketing, creative, merchandising, and operations teams.
• Comfortable using Shopify apps, automation tools, analytics platforms, and other ecommerce technologies.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stores and priorities.
