Greet passengers at the arrival/departure gate, terminal entrance, or curbside as per the service request.
Assist guests with check -in, immigration, security clearance, and baggage collection.
Escort guests through airport formalities ensuring minimum waiting time and maximum comfort.
Coordinate with airport staff, airline personnel, and ground handling agents for VIP or special service requirements.
Manage lounge access and hospitality services where applicable.
Assist with baggage handling, lost & found queries, and porter services.
Ensure all service requests (VIPs, seniors, unaccompanied minors, etc.) are executed as per protocol.
Maintain accurate records of services provided and prepare reports as required.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
Uphold the company’s brand image and customer service standards at all times.
Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.
Experience: 0–2 years in customer service, hospitality, or aviation industry (Freshers welcome).
Language Skills: Fluent in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Personality: Polite, confident, well -groomed, and professional appearance.
Other Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer -centric with a problem -solving attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast -paced environment.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
