EHS Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive EHS Engineer to
support the EHS team at a large-scale semiconductor construction project in
Tata Dholera, India and across Off-Site Manufacturing areas.
The Safety Supervisor will be responsible for daily safety supervision on-site,
monitoring workers and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety procedures,
and assisting in implementing the project EHS plan and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct
  daily safety supervision and site inspections
  
• Monitor
  workers and subcontractors to ensure safe work practices
  
• Enforce PPE
  usage and safety procedures
  
• Support
  implementation of the Project EHS Plan
  
• Assist in
  Permit to Work (PTW) control and monitoring
  
• Conduct
  toolbox talks and daily safety briefings
  
• Identify
  hazards and report unsafe conditions
  
• Support
  risk assessments and method statement implementation
  
• Assist in
  incident reporting and investigations
  
• Monitor
  working at height, lifting operations, electrical work, and confined space
  activities
  
• Ensure
  housekeeping and site safety compliance
  
• Report
  safety observations to the Safety Officer and EHS Manager
  
• Stop unsafe work when
  necessary
  

Requirements

• 3–6 years
  of experience in construction safety supervision
  
• Experience
  working on construction or industrial projects
  
• Basic
  knowledge of safety regulations and site safety procedures
  
• Experience
  in Permit to Work and site inspections
  
• Good
  English communication skills
  
•  Ability to
  work in a multinational environment
  
• Strong
  responsibility and attention to detail
  
• Ability to
  work on-site daily
  

Preferred
Qualifications

• Safety
  Supervisor certification or diploma
  
• OSHA / IOSH
  or equivalent safety training
  
• Experience
  in semiconductor or industrial construction projects
  
• Experience
  working in India or international projects
