Looking for an Embedded Software Architect to define and drive scalable, high-quality embedded software architecture. This role requires strong expertise in C/C++ and embedded systems, with working knowledge of connectivity technologies to support connected product development. 

Tasks / Responsibilities:

•Translate business and system requirements into technical architecture.

•Define end-to-end embedded software architecture (drivers, middleware, application layers).•Design scalable solutions across MCU/SoC platforms, RTOS, and hardware abstraction layers.

•Define communication interfaces and integration strategies across subsystems. 

•Architect systems for high performance, low latency, and efficient resource usage.

•Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality requirements

•Design and support integration of connectivity modules (RF, Wi Fi) into embedded systems.•Assess emerging technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, data platforms) with a focus on improving embedded platform engineering and automation.

•Lead technical discussions and architecture / design reviews.

•Drive innovative initiatives and proof-of-concepts (POCs).•Evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and connectivity solutions.•Establish and improve CI/CD pipelines for embedded systems.

•Mentor development teams on architecture, best practices, and technical direction•Support teams in debugging complex system-level issues and root cause analysis.

Required Skills & Experience.

•Strong expertise in Embedded C/C++ development.

•Proven experience in embedded software architecture and system design.

•Experience with modular architecture, and reusable frameworks.

•Hands-on experience with RTOS, drivers, BSP, and low-level system development.

•Ability to analyze tradeoffs between performance, memory, power, and cost.

•Knowledge in secure boot, OTA updates, and cybersecurity concepts.

•Strong analytical thinking and system-level problem-solving capability.

•Good communication, technical mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

•Familiarity with automation frameworks and DevOps practices in embedded systems.

•Curiosity toward industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development.

Good to Have:

•ISAQB Certification, Knowledge in Embedded Linux
