The Team

As an Asst. Manager in FP&A, you will lead financial planning and analysis for key business units, driving strategic insights and decision support. You will manage a team of analysts, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and ensure robust financial governance, forecasting accuracy, and performance optimization.

Your Work Profile

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across multiple business units.


• Partner with senior business leaders to influence financial decisions and strategic initiatives.Review and enhance financial models, scenario planning, and variance analysis.


• Drive monthly and quarterly business reviews, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.


• Oversee spend management and cost optimization initiatives.Develop executive dashboards and performance reports for leadership.


• Mentor and manage a team of analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and reporting systems.

Key Skills Required

• Qualifications and Skills:CA or MBA (Finance) with 3-5 years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance.


• Proven experience in leading financial planning cycles and business partnering.


• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with attention to detail.


• Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience in managing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
