Your Work Profile



  • Develop, plan, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for our firm-level programmes, account-based campaigns, and other Deloitte India business priorities that need eminence activations for market outreach. This could include the following activities:

    • Manage on-the-ground and digital events end-to-end from developing invites, mail outs, creating concepts, and seamless execution

    • Ensure social media amplification for key marketing campaigns

    • Manage an overall calendar of marketing activities for the year

    • Work closely with Deloitte’s Design, Editorial, PR and Social media teams for successful execution of campaigns



  • Maintain regular activity trackers and leadership updates

  • Create strategy reports and presentations post every campaign completion

  • Manage external partners/vendors for branding engagements

  • Manage the internal stakeholders as a client servicing role

  • Track KPIs of marketing campaigns

  • Ensure brand guidelines and risk compliances are adhered to for all campaigns


Key Skills Required



  • Have a total experience of 3-5 years

  • Have a Masters or Bachelors degree – in inter-disciplinary areas, liberal arts, communications, marketing, management preferred but a specific subject is not a key criteria

  • Prior experience in B2B marketing campaigns and events will be beneficial

  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel, etc.

  • Has awesome communication skills (written, verbal & presentation) – WOW us!

  • Good knowledge of creative design concepts, with an emphasis on quickly developing high quality presentations for use in client-facing documents and presentations

  • Strong project management and coordination skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects at once

  • Has a good understanding of sectors such as Consumer (Auto, FMCG, Retail), Technology, Media & Entertainment and Telecommunication (TMT), AI and Cloud

  • Has a flair of Tech and Martech and is aware of the latest trends in Martech

  • Ability to grasp new information and understand the diverse businesses initiatives by Deloitte

  • Believe that collaboration is not just a buzzword! You must be ready and excited to work with diverse teams and levels of people with commitment, sincerity, and patience

  • High E.Q and I.Q

  • Well-organised and detail-oriented

  • Have great ideas and are willing to add fresh perspectives to projects you work on, but while great ideas are welcome, you must be able to deliver on timelines execution and keep your project deadlines in check

  • Uses data to measure results and inform decision making and strategy development

  • Proven ability to be self-directed and work with minimal supervision and high attention to detail
