Position Summary

We are seeking talented Engineer who will play a key role in the development of new products by leading technical design efforts, prototyping, testing, and ensuring products meet both regulatory and performance standards. Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive projects from ideation through to production by providing DFM input to design team to enhance manufacturability & product cost.

Job Responsibilities 1

1.Lead development of new products from concept through production.
2.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and quality assurance.
3.Create and review engineering documentation and specifications.
4.Perform prototyping and iterative testing to validate design concepts.
5.Support manufacturing teams during product launch and resolve any engineering issues that arise.

6.Support manager for benchmarking activities.

Experience

Education: Graduate in Mechatronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Electronics & Electrical Engineering
Experience: Candidate must have 2~3 years of experience in the product development field in Automobile Industry.
This experience should ideally be gained in roles that involve product development, localization, DFM, DRBFM, Vehicle data extraction etc.
Working experience of EV industry is preferred.
