Job Summary

We are looking for a detail -oriented Engineer
– Order Processing to manage and support order processing activities within
the operations and planning team. The role involves coordinating with internal
departments to ensure accurate order entry, smooth processing, and timely
execution of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle order processing activities from order receipt to
  system entry and confirmation.
  
• Coordinate with sales, planning, production, purchase, and
  logistics teams for smooth order execution.
  
• Verify order details, technical specifications, and
  documentation before processing.
  
• Maintain and update order records, MIS reports, and order
  tracking sheets.
  
• Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely processing
  and execution of orders.
  
• Support production planning and scheduling based on
  confirmed orders.
  
• Ensure proper documentation and record management related to orders.
  
• Assist in resolving any order discrepancies or processing
  issues.
  
• Provide regular status updates on order progress to
  relevant stakeholders.
  

Key Skills Required

• Good understanding of order processing and operations
  coordination.
  
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and
  handle deadlines.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and MIS reporting.
  
• Experience in manufacturing industry will be an
  advantage.
  

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical
  Engineering or related field.
