ESaaS - Oracle - Functional - HCM Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve configuration/setup changes, Fast Formula issues, and extension/report defects across the HCM module family.

• Own resolution of issues on the ADP, CIGNA and UNIFYHR seams, coordinating with the Technical and Integration Consultant on FBDI/HDL and interface faults.

• Lead root cause analysis, problem management, and enhancement design for HCM incidents; own regression scope for the module family.

• Support the payroll and payment cycle watch roster on published run dates.

• Assess HCM-specific impact during quarterly Oracle update readiness reviews (e.g., HCM Professional Activity Center and agentic HR capability rollouts).

• Escalate to Oracle Support (L4) via delegated CSI for confirmed product defects.

Required Skills & Experience

• Deep functional expertise across core HCM modules with hands-on payroll-cycle ownership.

• Working knowledge of Fast Formula and HCM security configuration.

• Experience managing third-party payroll/benefits integration seams (ADP, CIGNA or equivalent).

• Ability to operate within a 30-minute P1 escalation SLA from L2.

Accountable KPIs / Success Measures

• Payroll cycle continuity with zero engagement-attributable delay.

• L2-resolved rate of 70% without L3 escalation for HCM tickets.
