As an ETL Testing - Senior Associate, you will engage in the dynamic field of Business Application Consulting, focusing on Guidewire Testing. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to deliver impactful solutions for our clients. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain professional standards. You will focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You are building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical skills, and enhancing your awareness of strengths.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be at the forefront of client support, working directly with clients to address their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Your role will involve anticipating client needs and delivering quality outcomes, all while embracing the challenges of an ever-evolving business landscape.

Responsibilities

- Conducting functional and regression testing for Guidewire applications to validate system performance and reliability
- Collaborating with client teams to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test plans
- Utilizing automation testing tools to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency
- Implementing quality assurance testing methodologies to identify and resolve defects in Guidewire InsuranceSuite
- Configuring Guidewire ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter to meet client specifications and business needs
- Performing user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm system functionality aligns with client expectations
- Analyzing test results to provide actionable insights and recommendations for system improvements
- Supporting the integration of Guidewire software with existing client systems to enhance operational capabilities
- Building relationships with stakeholders to facilitate communication and address testing challenges effectively
- Mentoring junior team members in testing methodologies and Guidewire configuration techniques

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Actuarial Science, Business Administration/Management, Business Analytics, Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering & Accounting, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Economics, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Engineering and Business, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management/Research, Risk Management, Software App, Statistics
- At least one of the following: Guidewire Certified in PolicyCenter, BillingCenter and /or ClaimCenter, SAFe, CSM
- Demonstrating proficiency in Guidewire InsuranceSuite and its components
- Utilizing automation testing tools to enhance testing efficiency
- Excelling in functional and regression testing methodologies
- Leveraging analytical thinking to solve complex testing challenges
- Embracing change and adapting to evolving client needs
