Event Management Executive

• Plan and execute on -ground events, including society activations, sampling drives, and awareness sessions.
  

• Handle end -to -end groundwork: venue setup, material arrangement, on -ground execution, and tear down.
  

• Manage manpower planning: identify, hire, and coordinate freelancers, promoters, and volunteers.
  

• Prepare and manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost -effective execution.
  

• Coordinate logistics: venue bookings, materials, supplies, and team deployment.
  

• Collect leads, customer feedback, and post -event data.
  

• Maintain event calendars, checklists, and basic reports.
  

Requirements

• 1 -3 years of experience in event coordination, brand activations, or community engagement
  

• Highly proactive with a hands -on, get -things -done attitude
  

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  

• Experience in budget management and cost control
  

• Comfortable doing groundwork and managing teams on -site
  

• Ability to multitask and handle last -minute changes calmly
