Job Description - Executive – Raw Material Deptt.

Location: Angadpur, Durgapur, West Bengal

Job Summary

The Executive – Raw Material Department will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring daily raw material operations across all three plants. The role involves preparation of operational reports, transportation coordination, e-waybill validation, chemical analysis review, and supervision of unloading activities to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and submission of daily departmental reports related to:




• Raw material unloading status


• Stock analysis


• Consumption reports for all 3 plants




• Coordination and transportation follow-up for daily vehicle movement involving:




• Raw materials


• Billets


• Sponge iron dispatch




• Daily monitoring, verification, and validation of E-Way Bill data for incoming vehicles.


• Analysis and review of raw material chemical reports to ensure compliance with required quality standards.


• Supervision and oversight of raw material unloading operations for smooth and timely execution.


• Coordination with plant operations, stores, logistics, and vendors for uninterrupted material flow.


• Maintaining departmental records, MIS reports, and operational documentation.


• Ensuring adherence to company procedures, safety norms, and operational guidelines.
